Photograph of the marble fireplace in the Drawing Room at Borley Rectory taken by Sidney H. Glanville in June 1937 during his first visits to Borley as one of Harry Price's official observers.  Like the fireplace in the Dining Room, this fireplace (according to Price in his first book on Borley) was made in Italy & was exhibited in London at the Great Exhibition of 1851.  Compare this photograph with that of the Dining Room taken during the time of the Bull family at the Rectory around the turn of the century.  (Reproduced from The Most Haunted House in England by Harry Price [Longman, Green & Co., 1940])
