The pages in this section comprise a chronological list of the events & happenings in the life of Harry Price. The data is in a tabulated form which displays three series of information & the way that this information is related to each other. The timeline simultaneously shows specific events & happenings in Price's own life; parallel events which are relevant to Price's work & cases and finally world events which put Price's world into a more broader context. The timeline is in sections which roughly correspond to major developments in Price's career & it has been extended after 1948, the year of Price's death, to the present time so that all the events which have affected his reputation can be recorded in the same format. Use the links below to access the timeline by period:- 1881-1889 - Early Childhood 1890-1899 - Student & amateur playwright 1900-1909 - Numismatist & archaeologist 1910-1919 - War work 1920-1924 - William Hope, Willi Schneider & Stella C 1925-1929 - Foreign Research Officer & the National Laboratory 1930-1935 - Helen Duncan & Rudi Schneider 1936-1939 - Tenant of Borley Rectory 1940-1945 - Wartime author 1946-1948 - Final years 1949-1959 - The S.P.R.
